    I was banned for this? I wasn't awake while he lost 150m, which apparently he was robbed off? The password was always the same throughout the night like he had already said, Erbean was the password to the acount which is aware in the MSN Conversations and Erbean had vouched me, Erbean had previously rented the account and I changed the password to Erbean for him Wildx noticed this and I even asked if he wanted the password changing and he said no its fine!

    Also theres no proof of him having 150m on the account at any point or him logging out for dinner while having 150m or it even going missing, he may of got cleaned and was just angry/upset he then went on to drop my SoF items so how this is apparently enough proof I well never know, I've been a member on sythe for 5 years and I feel the "mods" have a made a bad decision here, I've not had a problem with them before.

    Just for the record, you were not banned based on that report. I closed it without even reviewing the evidence as when I opened your profile, you were already banned for something else.

    Looks like Noam is the one who banned you so I will point him in this direction.

    Well there was a report linking to a thread locked by Zerkerfist saying you were already banned, so I went and banned you again as it seemed that the ban request may have glitched

    I posted that he was already banned on July 13th at 9:40AM. Had you (or somebody else) previously banned him and that is what you mean by the request glitched?

    When I just PM'd you linking you to this thread, I had not checked the dates properly. I thought you had banned him BEFORE I posted that on his thread, but it looks like you banned him the day after. Now I am totally confused as to what happened o_O

    Villaan, I must apologize because I think this whole thing is a big mistake on my part.

    I think that I might have confused you with Erbeans, because of the link to his profile in the scam report against you. He was already permanently banned at that point, and so after opening that link I believe that I mistook him for you, and closed the report thinking you were already banned (when really it was Erbeans). I apologize for that.

    I've also re-reviewed the scam report against you, and the time stamps on that report & the one you filed against Erbeans. I think that after renting out your account to Wildx for staking, you had failed to change the password to something new, and you left the password as "erbeans" which you had previously set for Erbeans when he rented your account. Wildx noticed this, but judging from the conversation he chose not to have the password changed again after you explained this to him.

    I believe that Erbeans probably went back on the account after you had gone to bed (using the password that you had given him to access the account, and had failed to change for your new customer) and he was able to wipe the account clean and steal WildX's money. You then get blamed for this.

    So it looks like this whole thing is a misunderstanding, and could have been avoided if you had properly changed the password to your account before lending it to a new customer. This scenario would clear your name of the scam, but you would still be responsible for what WildX lost due to your careless account lending and not securing the account before lending it to him.

    I am going to speak with WildX to see if the password was changed after he discovered it was still set to a PW used be a previous customer. After we determine that, we will figure out what the next step will be. If this scenario did happen this way, you will be unbanned and cleared of the scamming offense, but you would be at least partially responsible for reimbursing WildX.

    Villaan, I apologize for the 5 day wait but WildX has finally contacted me via PM.

    My suspicions were right, you had lent him the account without changing the password from "erbeans" - the password used for when your previous customer Erbeans rented the account. After WildX noticed the password was the username of your previous customer and you explained it to him, you guys did not change the password and he went along to use the account.

    This means that you did not scam WildX and you can be unbanned. However, you are responsible for securing the account before renting it out to new customers, and the fact you did not change the password before giving it to a new customer means you were careless and did not exercise the simple security procedures that you SHOULD have.

    I believe it is only fair that you help reimburse WildX for the items he lost. The entire 150M would be the fairest for WildX, but seeing as you are also a victim in this situation, I think 75M would be fair (unless you can afford the 150M).

    I've added you on MSN and I would like to speak with you. Please add me back immediately so you, WildX, and I can all meet up and resolve the situation.
