Your report is missing a few things:

• Where is the part of the conversation where you give him your Steam account details?
• There is a massive gap in the conversation between Pic#8 and Pic#9. The convo goes from 14:44 - 17:16. What happened in between? (you guys seems friendly towards each other in Pic#9)
• Are you able to show me proof that his Skype name is "qkiq_pi4_pld" to verify for sure you were speaking with him?

I think that is all for now. Gather up those proofs and add them to the report please.

You still haven't shown him declare his Skype name. Anybody could have added you and set their display name to "KoKo0o." What I need to see his the actual unique Skype address that proves you were speaking to, in a PM or a post of his or something. It would go a long way towards proving that it was him.

I tried to use the photo you provided to match up the time stamps in the Skype convo to the time displayed in the verification PM he sent you. However, the times do not match up.
