Why you think they are ban evading:
- Formulated's Skype name is L2flippers.
- There is a banned user on PB with the username L2flippers.
- The PB account L2flippers was banned for ban evading the PB account Sarune.
- Sarune on PB is the same Sarune on Sythe, both have the same Skype (Mc99isthebest).
- Formulated has IP matches with Sarune on Sythe.
- So in short Formulated & Sarune are the same person.
