Formulated is a scammer!

Why you think they are ban evading:

• Formulated's Skype name is L2flippers.
• There is a banned user on PB with the username L2flippers.
• The PB account L2flippers was banned for ban evading the PB account Sarune.
• Sarune on PB is the same Sarune on Sythe, both have the same Skype (Mc99isthebest).
• Formulated has IP matches with Sarune on Sythe.
• So in short Formulated & Sarune are the same person.
