Buying RS lite hs tracker script

I only have a tiny bit of experience in PHP and MySQL. Anyway, this is what I need:

• Get names from database & display on page. Order by total level on default. If two players have the same level, highest XP first
• Option to sort by any other stat/activity
• Option to strip all combat levels gained (i.e. subtracting all combat stats gained from total level)
• Option to sort by 'virtual level', i.e. if a player's experience is equivalent to level 100, display his total level in correspondence
• General error handling

No CSS or excessive markup required.
