Personally I think the bolded text says enough about the stupidity of the Obama administration.

We let him go because he had a family? So shouldn't we let go most of the other 2.3 million prisoners we have?

Did we seriously have this conversation:

Abdul Qayyum: "I have a family at home, please let me go. I'll be good, I promise"
US Supreme Court: "Well... He did promise afterall... Ah, what the hell, go ahead."

    Really guys, really?

It's also illegal to hold prisoners without charge.

No charges have been pressed against any of the Guantanamo Bay detainees which is why when their record clears they're simply released.

Well when you think about it for a second it sort of makes sense. If you were detained without charges by a foreign country and held for years, and sent back to your own country where your life and country is basically ruined, and the most lucrative jobs are in terrorism, wouldn't you take up the fight to battle against those who got you into that situation to begin with?

Because somehow imprisoning terrorists is going to put an end to terrorism? If America wants to end terrorism then maybe it should get the fuck out of the middle east.

If you haven't noticed, Fox News takes every chance it gets to make Obama look worse than he is and blame everything on him.
He is actually doing a pretty good job, and your story is unfortunate.
