Formal report on a few users

So to begin with, this doesn't directly affect me as such, but instead it does feel a bit forced upon me despite being told it's not being done so.

I have spoke privately to @video about this so he knows the current situation and it seems that there has been many issues regarding this.


Scammer's profile link: Drugslord / fietsenrek
Explanation of the trade: It would seem that going by what @Drugslord told me he sold an account on behalf of Tom/Fiet, which has since been recovered.
Amount scammed: Not 100% sure, one minute 1b next 1.3b
How they scammed: User sold an account that doesn't belong to him, for a part of the payment.

- Now what I am confused about, there has been two disputes on OSbot for something that was a sythe trade as i'm sure @billy_mufc can confirm (he was who was scammed)

So from what i can gather, @Drugslord sold an account for @fietsenrek for a % of the sale cost, why this was reported on osb I am not sure completely as it wasn't conducted there, this meaning it would actually become an offsite scam report (for here to deal with) - I have since contacted Billy to make a report which he has, along with informed Drug I am posting this up.

Now from what it feels like, it's being questioned why there isn't a dispute up here yet - So I have stated I would like one to be ruled out here before my involvement becomes clear, this is not for Decode or anyone offsite to deal with as they please as it's not an OSbot scam.

Now, I have spoke to Biker/fiet and it seems that although he knew a possible dispute would come up (as he was informed this when I found out there was one from drugs possibly going to be made) he would have his contract then cancelled at that moment until further notice - This would mean that his contract has been voided with me, meaning I am not needed to hand out any contract payments (despite me saying to Dec I would hand out a order payment I was/am holding)

For me at least, it feels like this contradicts my contracts and shows that in the future this could happen again despite me not being aware of anything in that part of the market or should be liable for it, at the end of the day the way I see it is my stuff is services, my information remains in the service section not the account section where this has taken place.

As mentioned at the start of the thread, I did contact @video regarding a few issues to see what was going to happen on Sythe, and he agreed this is in fact a Sythe scam meaning OSbot shouldn't be handling it.

- Now it has came to my attention Biker pretty much scammed this account because "none of his friend" (meaning myself, my fellow workers etc) said bye to him when he decided he felt it was time to leave as such voiding his contract. Screenshot - ecad62a42bfe732813a893ade8578944 - Gyazo


Just to confirm a rough date of when I was contacted by both OSbot staff and Drug, Screenshot - 437b46019adb4ab736f3213b8e832c6f - Gyazo around 16-17'th, with that being said my workers have to wait 1 month to receive their deposit back which is assuming nothing comes to light under my line of work. This is where the main confusion comes in as I am being held accountable for something that isn't actually my job to be accountable for, it 's not service related.

Drugs is saying he has in fact sold the account (although it was recovered) for a % as mentioned, Fiet is saying he did not sell that account to him, or for a split or what not so one of them is obviously lying and I have a feeling we all know who (fiet), which is why I have pushed for this to be handled here as it's clear that people are wanting to hide things.

You were the original owner of the account, when it was recovered it had your email attatched the one used for logging in.

 

Handled, @fietsenrek is also banned as he is OO and refusing to assist.

300m/1b was antiscammed by @StickTalk and returned back to @billy_mufc
