Possible Scam, TWC/Ban

Briefly explain the trade: I had four 90-day GameStop cards for sale, and he agreed to buy them for 90m RSGP. After catching each other online, he said that he was waiting for another 40m to be able to buy the cards. He requested that he add the credit directly to his accounts, and I agreed.

How they scammed: The first code I sent him, he claims, did not work. He sent me a picture of it not working (from a different number than he had originally given me that he asserts is his personal number) , but that could have easily been faked by claiming the card and simply re-entering the data. Soon after this he said he had to go eat. Included in the screenshots is a picture of the physical card with the number on it and a screenshot of me sending him the number via MSN. The numbers are identical. Also there is a screenshot of one of the cards working fine. All of the ones applied by myself worked without a hitch.

Another tip-off was the fact that he says he needed 40m, as the most one of his accounts had was 50m. Yet his vouches show him buying around 200m, and no other vouches suggest he had sold it; in addition, no vouch was left by the provider of the 40m. The trade, as seen by the MSN logs in the screenshots below, occurred yesterday at around 7-8PM (Pacific time).

The circumstances seem sketchy to me, and even if it isn't ban-worthy, I think it may deserve a TWC. If there is absolutely any other information needed, please let me know and I will do my best to provide it.
