    i DID recover my account, but this was AFTER the person asking for me to be banned claimed this; proof:

    and proof that the info actually WAS right, but i had jagex remove it :

    *please check this, and see that the dispute was done BEFORE i recovered the account *recovery on 24th, dispute on 14th* and therefore, i did what i was allowed to do
