Been Banned for Months Made Multi Dispute's But Not Been Resloved.

So, i am banned for owing money something i have been trying to repay for months now.. The user i owe money i owe a total of 150M to the user http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=313402. i soon payed back 130M and from there i owe 20M but i could never find him online once i paid the 130M.
this is such a small problem but whenever i get time on the computer i try to fix this but it never gets resolved...

RsProd & ZerkerFist said they would collect the GP of me to give to the user so i could be requested for a unban but i can never find these staff members online maybe due to there time zones since RsProd is NZ & im UK.

all im looking for is a member of staff who can help reslove this for me i have been banned for months now this is mainly because i havent had to much time to get back on the computer but as of now i will be trying to get back into sythe & the community thanks...
