    Unsure as to why I've been banned, Said ban-evading/Phishing. Little confused.

    Here's what happened:

    You were banned on Willy12345 for phishing. Somehow you got unbanned/you didn't get permanently banned, or you ban evaded while you were still *temporarily* (supposed to be perm) banned on Willy12345 by creating Willy1234.

    You're staying banned.
