Can't decide which I prefer :S

 

I'm really loving this piece. The second version is my favorite. The only thing I'm thinking, is the focal has too much contrast. For the second, you should use a color overlay on lighten with the colors 292929. And then another with the colors 1b1b1b. That would make it match. I'm liking your work. Although, some could be improved on. I'm liking your ideas.

Those blue orbs are way too bright. They are somewhat of a distraction. And, you could definitely sharpen your sigs. But that's about it. You are definitely a great artist in the making.

 

Thanks for the comments. The colour overlay thing sounds but I personally prefer adjusting levels and use selective colour to get those nicer blends of colour. Also yeah, I just noticed those effects are a bit bright and overpowering.

I generally do sharpen my images, this one included, but could not sharpen it any further in fear of losing quality (original stock wasn't the best quality to start with).

This was my first tag after about a 2 month break from PR, might go back to my crew and get active there again. Who knows? Also I'm not really new to the art/graphics scene, been doing it for about 5 years now. Don't want you to think I'm new or anything
