Force 2fa to Dice/Use the Market

Recently, a sythe user's account was compromised and they proceeded to dice on the donor lounge, it was mentioned by the compromised user that their sythe account did not have 2fa.

Upon reading this, I feel this issue needs to be addressed immediately. Lack of forced 2fa means simply obtaining the users password allows you to potentially scam hundreds or thousands of dollars and tarnish peoples reputations. Forcing this upon users will also make the site more secure overall and deter people from attempting to hijack sythe accounts as it will become harder to compromise sythe accounts.

Overall, I recommend we should force users on sythe to enable 2fa, especially if they want to use the donor lounge, or use the market in general.

It's probably easier overall to just force all users to enable 2fa, however I can understand why that may deter people from using sythe, so lets atleast restrict users from participating in certain things on sythe without proper security measures.
