me scamming?

he trained my stuff, i was going to give him the pin. i was grounded for 2 days for something i did, dont need to explain more in that. i understand that i techniquly did scam him, when i went on, i checked the report a user section as i always do (it amuses me), and i see i was reported from him. so i msged him saying that i wasnt going to give him it. i was mad but i cooled down.

so,if i give him the pin(im going to give him 2 for his trouble) will i get unbaned?

the only problem is that, i am leaving tomorow to italy as planned since i started my shop, so i cant restock, im coming back the 29th of august, i will give him 2 pins regardless. it would be nice if i was unbanned also.
