Horseback in RS?

WHats your thoughts on this? Ive always thought they would come out with it but I think they would have already done it. Ithink it would be pretty sweet training your horse at your house, and buying armor for it. Idk just my own opinion. Share your thoughts?

 

Point? There are so many teles in this game that it doesn't take long to run anywhere. Not to mention Jagex shot this down years ago, most notably when they released 'toy horses' at diango just to further the point.

 

Yeah, the tele/ lodestones didnt cross my mind. I just kinda thought it would be cool raising, and armoring up the horse.. oh well.

 

Horse rushing! :> Meh, seems too pointless and gay to me Maybe if it was a skill.

 

Jousting! or however its spelled?

 

I think it would be dumb honestly. Our characters already look like bloated lards. Now we'll be bloated lards on horseback?

 

I think it would be awesome for the first few days, and then it would have ruined the game.

I think I'd commit rs-suicide if I saw people jousting in edge lvl 1..

 

YOU KILLED MY HORSE!!! People would whine too much, my horse could kick your horses ass ect XD. It will NEVER happen.. i have seen people trolling in f2p worlds near lummy spreading the rumour that horses are in p2p hahaha then again i have also seen people saying they are selling flintlock pistols there too. Goofy trolls..
Being able to gear up a horse and whatnot would be kinda cool i guess.. but i would really rather they introduce more weapons

 

Terrible idea, I would never even go near it if that was available, not to mention it would cause more load on the RS servers and would be an annoyance to some players. Teleporting would be faster than riding a horse.

 

I honestly doubt we'll ever see this, the game is just too small.

I think that it would make it like WoW (I think they have horses?). Teleporting is easier and quicker. Horseback would just be another update that people hate (seems to be happening alot).

Definitely not feasible for Runescape anymore.

 

But then again, Jagex do tend to listen to what we think on an idea..

So they'll probably just implement horses to piss us off and loose half our fps.

 

Won't happen. The world of Runescape is too small for steeds.

Maybe if they expanded it MASSIVELY (I'm talking 5x at least).
