Tengauge has just started to get noticed by fellow Sythe users.
He has probably been the best user Sythe has had for a fairly long time.
He is on alot, he is always willing to help other users when they need it, he middleman's free of charge and he doesn't ask for annoying favors via msn constantly after the "free" mm. Plus, He is friendly, Considerate, A great person to talk to via Ventrilo and of course funny as hell.

Oh, but that was before he got Mod.

Now that he has Mod he can furthermore improve Sythe.
Get rid of scammers before they even think about scamming.
Getting rid of scammers and everything before even being a mod.. He was a HUGE improvement to the team, and totally deserved his position I personally think he should be global or admin so that he can take care of EVERYTHING himself..

He never complains about anything, and even if he's being annoyed by ALOT of people and having more than 1 person needing him or needing mm and he does it all at the same time (somehow) and does it all very nicely and everyone is always pleased.

I myself am honored to have such a friend.
Sythe should be completely and totally down right honored to have him as a mod.

He's very respectful, professional, considerate, caring, nice and all around "Angel like" good guy

I think you need to understand the difference between sucking up and giving a person the recognition they deserve.

 

Draggin pure and Tengauge12 talk regularly, there is no sucking up.
Back to Tengauge12, he is a great person and a great moderator.

 

TG promotion was way overdue. He is such a caring and nice guy to talk to. He should be global soon.

I've seen that he does most of the scammer reports very well. There is not pages and pages of them anymore.

 

I've been around sythe for over a year now, Tengauge12 has done alot for me, We have done a few trades in the past, He has even middle man for me. Tengauge is probly the most trusted in my book, But not only a good business man, But he is a great friend, He takes time to help out anybody if he has the time, Sometimes it may take a day or so when he's not swamped.

I agree, Tengauge12 is a great guy =] And very pleased to see his new Market Mod Position. Congradulations Tengauge and Keep up the great work =] I agree also TENGAUGE FOR GLOBAL!

I agree , I talk to tengauge alot , and if i need help , he heps me .
When talking to him , hes always on report a spammer and scammer - Go for global!

Yeah, He is always helping out sythe. A lot with controling the scammers. Sometimes if someone doesn't have the proof to get someone banned he will try and get the scammer to say something or try to scam him. Great mod I hope he stays for a while.

 

i think more moderators should try this

 

We all specialize in certain areas. Tengauge12 just happens to specialize in that area, which is why he is now a moderator.

 

He seriously needs to lay off writing a ton of text for everything.

 

I'll reserve my opinion on him until he has been a mod for over 2 months. Remember unb4nn3d? He was good at first then he just kinda stopped.

 

Tenguage is a very helpful person, has helped me a number of times. He definately helps out in the scammer section lol, no one can really critisize him on his job so far.

Keep it up.

 

One of my accounts was accidentally banned by Tengauge for the wrong reason so I was somewhat disappointed in the modding at Sythe. He posted an apology, maybe took it too far haha, so class act. Quit calling me "sir" ahaha! He is respectful which is essential for a mod.

 

Why is "my accounts" plural?

 

because I have more than one ...it's not against the rules and I basically never use the other one anyhow. I use it for reasons you'll never understand, no not really.

 

im not to fond of how he infractured my acc for posting in wrong section when at top of thread it said "I REALIZE I HAVE POSTED IN WRONG SECTION, I AM LOOKING FOR A MOD TO DELETE"

He in fractured me about the time Sin 666 deleted the thread for me.

but i suppose its OK, because he said he was sorry and the in fracture had 0 points on it, he even asked sin 666 to delete the thread (i really didn't know who to talk to_
