I'm ALWAYS Hungry

Best example: Over the summer, I tried eating 60 chicken nuggets at Mcdonalds. I puked on the 59th and immediately after, I was hungry. Biologically? This could make sense, I just threw up what made me full... Psychologically? Interesting.

Am I alone here? I play sports, I have a 6 pack, I work out [not recently], but I'm ALWAYS hungry?

My girlfriend and I think I have an overeating problem. Possibly, it could be because in today's society, food companies alter their food so its not filling. Christ, I usually average 4+ sandwiches at fast food places and I only stop because I get sick of the taste.

Kind of annoying tbh. I have kidney problems and this certainly does not help. Anybody else in the same boat? What can I eat that is filling?

 

I'm always hungry as well.

there is not much you can do, some people are just natuarally fat so they will want to eat more, ive never had that problem so idk. but id suggest that you just drink more liquids maybe that will fix it .

 

try to eat more filling foods, maybe balance your diet.

 

I agree with this. I had a similar problem for years durring high school. I have found that eating multiple times throughout the day with a balanced diet cured this feeling of always being hungry.

anyway, I have had this problem too, what you should do is find a sense of self-control. Have a healthy big breakfast to start the day. A nice lunch, and a light dinner to end the day. Try not to snack in the middle of the two eating periods. And if you can't control yourself, you should check a doctor to make sure that its not something more serious.

 

Not gaining much weight (if any) even after pigging out hard is probably due to a high metabolism. The fact you're always hungry probably just means you have a larger appetite than others.

But eating 59 chicken nuggets? I'm pretty all of those nuggets combined in your stomach is well over your stomachs cubic volume and is highly unlikely lol....

 

Whenever you feel hungry just drink water and stop until you feel full.

 

Hmmm, this is really weird. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that you are growing, and your body needs extra nutrients right now for whatever reason?

Also - It sounds like you eat alot of fast food/junk food. Perhaps this food is not filling you up & giving you the nutrients that your growing body needs, and so it tells you that its hungry in hopes you fill feed it with what it wants??

I would just avoid the junky shit completely, and try to stick to a healthy diet.

 

I can eat so muchhh. I like to hit up 2 or 3 drive thru's in a row and have like a 3 course meal of fast food. Got what I would do to be able to eat right now. I have a gnarly toothache.

 

After further research into this topic, I have determined you may possibly be suffering from massivis hungaris, the latin term for a disease otherwise known as "massive hunger disorder".

Not much is known about this disorder yet, but symptoms seem to include massive chicken nugget consumption, aswell as massive quantities of sandwiches consumed at breakfast time which may induce severe vomiting. Victims almost always have 6 packs and tend to be athletic.

But I have the same issue as well,
I'm 18 & 6ft and weigh 135 lbs,
I eat 24/7 all day, every day,
And don't gain any weight,
Be grateful, at least you're skinny & not fat (How I look at it)

Same thing but im 150-155 6'1 and i eat tons, i dont complain though

 

Your still growing all the way up to 21, it's natural you don't have an overeating problem.

@all imo, its hard to eat a "balanced diet" what do you guys personally eat?

 

Take it as a blessing, and enjoy it before it could catch up to you.

 

If you don't stop it will catch up with you in the future. You don't need to be eating that much, you only do because you enjoy the taste.

 

You puked. you gave back what you intake, thats why you felt hungry afterwards.
