Account Recovery

Have been waiting for a few days for my new password to be sent to me. The manual recovery form is not sending me an email to my confirmed email address.

Can an available global or admin add me on skype to get this sorted. Would like to come back to the community and trade again..

Still awaiting my recovery information as my first recovery account was banned without any ounce of Recovery Info sent to it. I can see that my account Ziggily has been unbanned, but it has not been secured by me.

Any assistance with this would be great so I can rejoin sythe under Ziggily and stop pestering you guys [staff]

I have sent in recovery requests with my email and it comes up with the success page telling me that I will get an email shortly and then boom. Nothign shows up.
