i know im a banned user but i wanna make sure this man gets banned as he is a scammer and i know ur not allowed to put this here but i dont know where too as im banned

 

There's no real proof that he declined the trade, which can be hard to prove without video evidence.

I've banned the user for now as he stopped replying on Skype.
He will need to provide proof of trading you the Ikov GP in order to be unbanned.
