Note that he has actively vaded since posting his pardon and been active in the market on his vader as recently as yesterday while his pardon is still in USL (at least I assume since it hasn't been 2 weeks and Salantrepa is banned still?)

If his pardon is still being considered and this hasn't been brought to attention in the USL it probably should as well.
