Account Recovery

After waiting over a month (didnt really care too much to be honest) I have decided to report him since he could possibly scam someone else.
Luckily I do have alot of proof.

On 3/23/2011 me and Apocrypth did a quick trade over his HP account for 20m. I was interested right away and we did the trade right away as well.
He seemed trusted enough which is one of the only reasons I went ahead and bought the 9 HP account seeing as these accounts are a huge risk to buy.

Well it was all good until a month later. I tried logging in and it said password was incorrect. I keep a log of ALL my accounts and their passwords
with their previous ones as well stored up so I know for sure I did not forgot. That was when I thought maybe an older friend tried to recover it.
I then asked Apocryph in PM but didn't get a response.

View days later I sent a PM on sythe again to him because I found out it wasn't who I thought so I had no idea who would have recovered it.
No response. A final time I sent another message warning I would report him if he didn't answer and sure enough nothing.

Proof of payment:
I went first and paid him 20m in Gold. I have one pic of me trading him 20m. As you can see in the chat and his Runescape name is the exact name as his name on Sythe.
I told him that 9 hp accounts are risky so I went first. He said this account was almost scammed before. Hope this pic is enough proof as thats the only one I made since I was in a hurry that time.
Also in this pic the chat on the right shows me and him talking about that he WILL recover the account for me if I needed to anytime.

He also said as stated in the chat above that this account was recovered before but he simply said he can get it back from me anytime.
So thats why when he started ignoring me it got really suspicious.

Just ask me if I missed anything. Like I said I was really busy with real life and decided to let this slip but if he was the one that recovered it then I hope something
can prevent this on happening again. Would like either a response at least from him since he is ignoring me or a refund by him. Thanks..
