Follow-up with Rs2Trade framing

Can Rs2Trade be banned and his ridiculous claim be quashed? He's had well over 72 hours to respond. He even has photoshop open in his edited pictures.

I gave him a few days to respond yesterday, I havent forgotten and ill ban him tomorrow if nothing is done. Cheers
