^ He fake vouched here on all three - OSSCAPE BM/ELY/+MORE +RIG/AUG

Those accounts are twc'd for no home IP (just twc'd them all now), but it's him as the proxy is from the same location, and they all have birthday matches / exact same interests it's not coincidental at all.

TL;DR - Ban all accounts permanently / TWC @Windows8 along with his ban for fake vouching (or leave him DNT after the temp ban for that account solely) as he is still clearly a threat to our forums (previous offences are black-hat / attempted scam related, which is similar to what he's trying to do here), and he can pardon whenever he's ready to own up to his past seeing as he's not ready to do so at the current moment.

 

All permanently banned, as this user is a threat to the community.
