Banned:

IP matches Multiple unregs for Magik, Magik himself, and Nutrafin.

According to this - Nutrafin and Magik are the same person
http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1696732-offsite-ban-evader-nutrafin.html

So it seems more than likely that if Foiled shares an IP with Magik, his vader, and all his unregistered profiles, he too, is Magik.
Foiled also did not exist until a month after Nutrafin was banned.
