[REQUEST] Neopets Banners

I'm compiling something. I need someone (or a few people) actively on MSN, that can start working on whatever I need when I need it.

I will pay.

Must have knowledge of neopets and be omfgtastic at making what I request.

Sizes of the banners will almost never be the same. And designs/styles will always be changing aswell.
