Just a couple restrictions on the account;

The name should be somewhat 'clean'
Ranked elo should either be nonexistant or above 1100 at the least.
Should have atleast 35 champions unlocked.
Must have atleast 2 full rune pages.


I'd love it if there were skins too, preferably for widely played champions.
