For making a pure what melee stats would you say are recommended before running this in order to get guaranteed profit from points where you can buy enough absorptions and still afford daily herb boxes? Kind of want to make a pure after I know what I'd need

 

With the Guthan's script, I have a few questions before I start if you don't mind answering em.

So does Guthans keep your health afloat if you are like a 70/70/70?
How often do you need to repair the Guthans?
Will you die if you run for 20+ hours?
I saw in the vid you had a bunch of monsters selected, is it ok if I don't have all that many?
Do I NEED to stand in the exact same spot as in the video? Or is it ok if I'm slightly off it?
Lastly, if you aren't using absorbs/prayer pots then how do you stay alive?

Oh gosh, we are not sure what the recommended stats are.. we've never had a pure before That being said, we are sure there are a few pures in the community who can chime in on this topic.

From what we've heard so far, a 1 def pure will use 200 points of absorption every 4-5 minutes. We would love to have further discussions with the pure community to find out more information and help in any way we can. We have a Low Level NMZ Melee program planned, but we'd need input from the pures of the community.

Yes, Guthan's should be able to keep your health above 0 for the duration of the session. If you find that you are having trouble staying alive with 70's, disable a few of the more difficult bosses (Such as Black Demon and Bouncer) and that should help.

You will need to repair the armor after 15 hours of use. Since each play session is a maximum of 6 hours, you will need to have the armor repaired after every 2 sessions.

OSRS maximum time for being logged in continuously is 6 hours. After 6 hours, you will be disconnected, no matter what. When this happens, you will simply exit NMZ and be awaiting login. You will not die when you are disconnected after 6 hours.

As we mentioned above, it is perfectly acceptable to not have all of the recommended monsters selected. If some of them are too difficult for a 70's melee account, simply take out the more difficult ones.

No, you do not NEED to stand in the exact spot as shown in the video. However, the spot we recommend was chosen due to the fact that monsters will not get stuck behind any objects when spawning and walking over to you. The spot was chosen to maximize xp/hr, but you can certainly stand in other locations if you wish.

Guthan's has a 25% chance to heal on each attack. That is plenty high enough for most users, as the monsters do not do much damage and Guthan's is able to out-heal the damage being taken.

Okay no problem

I'll probably get round to making one in a few days when I have time to do the basic stuff such as getting dragon equipment etc. So I will do testing with something like 60 attack, strength 1 def, and see how that goes and report back.

Anything else you'd like me to test when doing so to help with your low level program?

Thanks for offering to help! We planned on making a pure as well for testing purposes, but just haven't had the time to level one up yet. We are curious about a few things when it comes to pures: (also note, anyone is welcome to respond to any of these questions if they would like to help out)

1. How often does a 1/20/40 defense pure get hit?
2. What is the typical NMZ inventory setup for a pure?
3. What is the typical NMZ gear setup for a pure?
   
4. How fast does the prayer drain from prayer flicking? (How many prayer points lost every 30 minutes?)
   
5. Will pures need to bring an extra prayer potion into NMZ to prevent running out?
6. How much does eliminating difficult monsters help retain HP? (How much less HP do easy monsters drain?)
7. How long does the typical NMZ session last for a 1/20/40 defense pure?

And I'm sure we can come up with more, there is never enough information! Please do not feel obligated to answer all of these on your own! Thank you so much for your help!

Thank you very much for answering all my questions since I'm kinda a noob at osrs. Your answers bring up one more question though. If you disconnect from NMZ after 6 hours, then how are people doing 18-20+ hours a day?

 

Everyone make sure you check if your going to level up in HP. My dumbass forgot to check and I clicked 0 when I asks if you are and my guy died in nmz and stood outside of nmz for like 2 hours just clicking quick prayers lmao. Someone even said "nice autoclicker (my name)" "reported" rip my account. Just hit 96 range too. Hopefully that one report won't be enough to do anything. We'll see lol. It will be my own stupidity.

 

I'm a 1 Def pure. My sessions last around 2 hours exactly. I need to drink an absorb pot once every 4 mins. And I never need prayer pots. I'm 44 prayer. And normally after 2 hours I still have around 25-30?

 

You can fit in 4, 6 hour sessions each day. For example, you can start the programs at the following times for 24 hours worth of playtime:
Session 1: 6AM - 12 Noon
Session 2: 12 Noon - 6PM
Session 3: 6PM - 12 Midnight
Session 4: 12 Midnight to 6AM

Hope that makes sense!

 

Oh is this a script limitation or a limitation the game itself has?

 

This is a limitation of Runescape itself we wish there was no limitation, but I guess they figure we have to sleep at some point

Just started using this. Not a fan of the guthans due to not wanting anymore defence levels, however the ranged bot is great. I'm actually using the afk ranged to train with dharoks. All I swapped was the ranging pots with super combat. 200k range and 90k melee so far without issue. My only complaint is the mouse movements are far from natural. If possible you would implement a feature where you click in the four corners of the quick prayer orb then the script chooses a random point between them each time instead of the exact same point everytime.

The NMZ Range program does click in random locations on the icon each time. It is never the same spot. Same for clicking through the inventory, each location is randomized, to a point. For the prayer icon, the location of the click is random within a 5x5 box surrounding the location set.
