Alrighty folks, here's a little update on what's been going on in the world of FluffSoft:

• We have been working on the NMZ Dharoks program and it is in Alpha. Once we are comfortable with it's behavior, we will release it as a Beta to all.
• We have fixed the issue of drinking too many absorptions for the NMZ Range program, and have incorporated that same change into the NMZ Dharok program.
• We began early development of GUI based programs for easier usage. These GUI programs will have a few extra features that enhance the existing programs.
• Planning on the Low Level NMZ AFK program is still in the works, time frame is not known at the moment.
• A customisable AHK script that works with the Shift-Click drop will be worked on soon, as the level of effort for this is expected to be minimal.

Hey all! We need some help from you! We need some input for how to design the NMZ Dharoks program, specifically, inventory setup.
What inventory do you prefer to use? We are currently planning on having a semi configurable setup, where the user specifies how many absorption potions and how many overload potions they bring. We are unsure of what a typical inventory setup is, so we wanted to get some input from the users!

In other news:
We are working on fixing a few issues with NMZ Range, including prevention of drinking too many absorption potions, and adding an option to guzzle the rock cake every few minutes to compensate for users who may level up their HP during the session. We will be testing this today and hopefully releasing to everyone soon!

NMZ Dharoks is almost ready for Beta testing! With your input above, we will be able to better understand typical usage and fine tune the program even more before initial testing. However, we will not be making a video or guide on how to use it until it is ready for full release. The usage is going to be very similar to NMZ Range, and you are always more than welcome to post on here with questions.

We have also tweaked the PrayerFlickAutomated.ahk script a tiny bit as posted earlier on here. However, that change is not reflected on the www.fluffsoft.net version. We will be updating that on the website soon. We will also try and get around to making the inventory dropper with shift click, but we are unsure of when that will happen.

Quick update!

NMZ AFK Range 1.1 is now available for download on the website. As mentioned previously, the program now has rock cake guzzle support and absorption overrun protection! A new YouTube video on how to use it will be made soon!

For NMZ Dharoks, it depends whether you'll be implementing Piety flicking or any sort of prayer flicking (except for Rapid Heal). I guess it isn't really optimal to include any other flicking into the program since you can't read when the player is about to hit a mob. Instead you could always use Superhuman Strength along with a couple of prayer potions. You can calculate how many seconds it takes for it to drain a prayer point with this formula: (original prayer drain per second) x [1 + (prayer bonus/30)]. For Superhuman Strength and 10 equipment prayer bonus that would be like this: 6 x [1+(10/30)] = 8. So for someone with pray bonus of 10 Superhuman Strength would need to be activated for 8 seconds for it to drain a single prayer point. You could then also ask user for his prayer level & whether they have holy wrench or not so the program would know when to re-pot.

If I'd go without using any prayer except for Rapid Heal, I'd bring around 9-12 overloads, a rock cake and rest absorbs. You should also program it to turn on protect from melee for a couple of seconds when the overload runs out, otherwise you'll be put up to 51 hp, the program re-pots, but for a couple of seconds while the overload drains health the mobs can knock off a lot of your absorbs, especially when doing NMZ on hard.

We are going to implement the suggestions you mentioned in your second paragraph, and may eventually work Piety prayer flicking in, but that will be after we get the regular version working. The idea to turn on protect from melee is a great idea as well and can certainly be implemented, though an additional step may be needed to do this, as the program will need to know where the prayer tab is (since the quick prayer will be set to Rapid Heal).

We will hopefully find some time to implement all of these features and get a Beta out to everyone, we will be working on it tonight as well (yay for AFK WC gains )

Hey man I am thinking g of trying the prayer flicking ahk script. How do I set the speed of it and what sould I put it as for nmz and what monsters should I set as well

 

You can't really set it up for NMZ and expect for it to work flawlessly since in NMZ the mobs don't always attack you continuously, and they don't all have the same attack speed.

 

As f4clown mentioned, it may be a bit difficult to use the prayer flicking ahk script in NMZ due to the fact that each monster has a different attack speed and you are not continuously attacked. The intended use of the PrayerFlickAutomated.ahk is for slayer and other tasks like KBD where prayer flicking on your own can become tedious. In these situations, you know when you are being attacked and the attack speed of the monsters you are killing.

The NMZ Range and NMZ Guthans programs incorporate prayer flicking as a means to stay logged in. Your use case seems to best fit the NMZ Range program, as it could technically be used for any type of attack, assuming you are using absorption potions.

We will be releasing a generic NMZ Rapid Heal program eventually that just simply keeps a user logged in and does not perform any potting actions.

We assume you got the CleaningHerbsAutomated.ahk working well now? We've been using that to clean tons and tons of herbs, so we know it works!

Update:

We are running the FINAL tests on NMZ Dharok 0.1 Beta and will be releasing it to you all very soon! Overloads are supported, though the program may need a few more tweaks before being ready for release! But that's what all of you are for, our awesome testers!
