will air talismans rise or what?

well a month or so ago, i bought like 4.5k talismans @ 2000 gp each( like 9m) but i didnt know that they were dropping. now thry r like 1k each, i lost like 4.5m. but i still have em, hoping that they will rise. they keep going on up and down. i bought them because of a merch clan(got scammed there) so should i keep them for now and hope for another clan to pik it up or just sell em? thanks

They were manipulated. I don't think they're ever going back up to 4k naturally (unless they're manipulated again).
