Flickering effects

Any body know how to resolve these utterly annoying effects while botting?

By the way I purchased a bot from OEM; Construction?
Does it just fail, or am I need of higher construction (Demon buttler, 40) as of now... it is "realllllllly" bad.

is your screen flickering all the time?

try loading up rs on the client again and hold down the s key
