First of all, I've had trouble with this guy in the past.
He sold me a method for $10 - 15 (can't remember exactly) that didn't work and I reported I didn't have enough proof or whatever.

And I remember reading where you guys said that if you find that any sythe members phish or hack in any way, you'll ban them.

He claims to be this person in the video in this link:

Go to his youtube channel and you'll see videos of him hacking people.

Same person who created the video, and if he's claiming to be this person then you need to ban him for phishing / hacking.
