Explanation of the trade: Completed numerous CAs for him. We received early chargeback warnings from our payment processor a month or so ago (after payment and service was complete), and when we questioned the customer he said he wouldn't get chargedback - https://i.imgur.com/2vo9Xxv.jpeg

How they scammed: Chargedback. Proof will be in the delete

Other relevant trade screenshots: Sythe are welcome to access all the tickets we have saved for him. We have tried contacting the customer via his Discord but I am blocked. We have also tried contacting him via his clan, Dutch Valor, but were kicked by him almost immediately.

His employer has also been contacted so they are aware of any potential fraud.
