Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was a lot younger and dumber. I disagreed with Sythe staff about refunding somebody who got scammed when they didn't change their password between like 4-5 different trainers over the span of multiple orders, then lost his bank. I don't know if we did it and I doubt it because this stuff never really happened before. I basically refused to refund, knew that it would result in DNT, and didn't care. No excuses i was just burnt out and was using this as a way out. I remember admins telling me it was only (x maybe $165) amount and my own staff were telling me too, but I just didn't care and wanted to be done. Short sighted af. Was just burnt out badly and school stressing me out a lot. I bit off a lot more than I could chew.

Honestly, looking back i did pretty good business. Tons of positive reviews. At the same time, I think I had some questionable employees and would be more careful in the future with that. Also made some questionable decisions and probably jeopardized some of my customers.

I am requesting a pardon now because I want to slowly get back into things. I want to sell accounts again (have sold like idek how many, 200+?, no problems ever with any of the accounts).
