Fix the announcement

It's a bad idea to cover up the old announcement that said a Sythe PM is required for Skype confirms. People keep getting scammed.

The solution:

One global announcement with title:

body:

Change the update date and put the newest hacked on top. If people read the title message, no one will scam them.

 

I support good idea.

 

Please do this, it'd be much more helpful than an announcement with the most recently hacked person.
