Okay, so i've been banned because of this report

I was at the library studying when i got a skype notification saying why i was banned on sythe ect, so i logg on sythe to investigate and i was banned because of that report. When i logg onto sythe onto a public library computer, there were people already registered to it apparently, so unb4nn3d accused me of being them because i logged onto a same ip adress when i was making a dispute. This is aggravating because i am not associated with any of those players.. I just logged on a public library because i got banned and i wanted to know why.. Please help..
