First of all, I would like to say that his reply is disgusting. I told him that if the script lags, it's all over and you will die. If you are in Australia, there are bound to be a few lag spikes here and there due to JAGEXS SERVERS, not my computer or internet.

'He instantly asks for a refund'.....? If I had waited a week and asked for a refund it would seem fishy, but obviously if I ask for a refund instantly I know that you have pretty much scammed me. Piss off.

My computer is fine, I do not need a vps, nor should I have to buy a vps after spending $400 on a script that should run no matter what. You can go on Tribot and buy a much better script for $30. I should have, and it was a huge mistake.

I haven't even tried the script since last week, which I can prove with my zulrah KC.

He forced me into a chat with ONE of his FRIENDS who had nothing but nice things to say about his so called 'beloved script'. He claims that he has 5 people running it with no issues, which is complete bullshit. They don't understand that taking 5 mins to kill zulrah.(according to his own screenshot) is unacceptable.

What mainly pisses me off is that he refuses to accept the fact that the script is CLEARlY dodgy. It spins the screen around 8 times before clicking zulrah in some cases, makes constant misclicks and then doesn't even fix the misclick which causes you to die again. I have only managed to get 2 successive kills with 15 deaths, it clearly doesn't work.

I also only have ~45 ava accumulators left, and i have a screenshot of starting with 68 when I asked him if the bank was correct, proving that whenever i tried it died upto 20 times (sure, I may have lost avas myself but i didn't)
Zulrah should be killed within 2-3 mins if by a $400 script (by hand, 1-2). I don't want a script that misclicks, obvious bot and kills it in 5 mins (proven by my previous screenshots). It's disgusting his whole attitude towards this. I was kind with a partial refund before, I do expect the whole refund now.

Sorry, realised I haven't been to specific in why I requested a refund.
I'll start with this. The script is basically a mouse recording (because the zulrah phases are predictable). So if you think of how mouse recordings work, it means that it doesn't care if anything is changed, it will continue to click where it believes it should click. So, in terms of this, when RS lags, it clicks the areas where it believes it is at, which is not at all how other bots work. When you lag/misclick at zulrah, you pretty much take immense damage. As it is a bot, it will die EVERYTIME

So, after the 15 deaths, proof on video, I asked for a refund because the script would never work, rather than asking him to fix the CLEAR flaws on the script. This is because in Australia, lag on rs is inevitable. Even if he finally fixed the misclicks, random spinning etc (these parts have nothing to do with lag, js), it would still be useless because it DIES EVERYTIME IT LAGS. Sorry for the caps, its just that Fitta will pretend he missed this part and will continue to say that his script works.

He also claims its an open source blah blah blah, the second I asked for a refund I told him I would delete it on teamviewer for him so then he knows I don't have it anymore. I understand sure I could make copies, but by my word I won't. There would also be no point as it doesn't work anyway.

Unfortunately until you exhaust other avenues such as obtaining a VPS to avoid your bad internet connection it's hard to force a refund for something you'd still have afterward. Please try some of his other suggestions and return if it continues to give you trouble.
