He splits before he logs off to numerous accounts and uses VPN's. I am not sure if Jagex will look into this but if not then he hasn't lost a lot in reality.

Shards/Rares & Gold are split.

Interesting. It's just a small blip in the gambling scene, the only way Jagex can actually change anything is by having an automated gambling system to out-compete Fishy and DDyce. These bans, and then the red flower update with EoC. Still, though, small setbacks... They can't remove all forms of in-game randomness to gamble off of, and they'll never be able to beat RNGs from off-site sources like IRC dicing.

 

If he was to admit he RWT, A LOT of people would stop dicing with him. He will make his money back anyways, around 50 hosts that pay him 200m a week each to keep their rank. You do the maths
