As Jiwi mentioned you can notice the CC is not done correctly, It's making the piece have that washed out feel.

It looks like you've burned a lot of the colors, trying setting a few layers to overlay or soft light instead. This will make it look more clean.

For your first YT banner, looks great

its way over sharpend and there is sooo much empty space you still have the rest of the backgrackground or are you one of those people that just dont design half of the background.
