Looking for a good place to train main!

Yo guys, need some advice just got back onto runescape been playing 3-4 days, things have changed a lot from past 2 years or so! Where's a good place to train for my main? I got pretty good armour, I got 99 strength 90 attack and 90 defence. Looking to train defence up?

Any good places where I could train?

Assuming you're a member, I personally would train at either Ape Atoll on the Monkey Guards, recharging prayer at the altar to use Protect or Deflect melee, with some anti-poisons for the little spider, or training at living rock caverns.

 

AFK bandits or zombies from the Arrav questchain.

 

I would do bandits

 

I would go zombies fpr strength and aviansies for range

 

Depends, if you decent exp p/h and wanna afk most of it, armored zombies or bandits or giant spiders are for you. All you gotta do is to repot every few minutes or seconds. Armoured zombies will make you several million gp's by the time you max combat (close to 30-40m)


If you want fast exp and are willing to pay a good amount of attention, living rock creatures are what you should kill. These guys not only give more exp per lp of damage you do but they have virtually no defence. If you use pray pots and supersets while praying turmoil or chivalry, you can easily exceed 100k exp p/h with regular gear and get just enough drops to pay for the potions and degradable armor, if your using it. If your 73+ mining, you will make an amazing profit and a few 100k mining exp with maxing melee.

Armoured Zombies without a doubt. You get roughly 100k exp p/h there with your stats, supers/extremes + turmoil. You can also make decent money I made 15M over the course of 3 strength levels.

 

Giant Spiders, you can afk if you got decent armor and stuff.

 

Armoured Zombies or Monkey Guards @ Ape Atoll

 

Bandits is afkable, decent exp. I'd go there if i was you.
