Okay last question! :P

Hi,
here are my stats:
80 attack
84 strength
77 defence
i'd like to train defence, where is the best place I can do this in terms of exp/hr?
preferably they shouldn't hit me/hit very low so I can last a long time without banking (bot).
also if you could also say the recommended gear, that'd be even better!

Edit: oh and atm i'm at fire giants, getting close to 100k exp/hr (not counting hp exp) with dharoks set only(+glory, zerker ring)

 

What's your range level?
If you have high range it's very good getting the zaryte bow (something like that) and the best range gear (forgot what it's called) and putting your exp on to defence instead of ranged.
Then bot waterfiends, you get awesome charms and the exp is pretty amazing when you have that gear and you're potted. They drop sharks sometimes to, most of the time I was picking up more sharks than I was eating, so I never ran out of food.
