I know it sucks, but after spending 3 hours in illustrator, I had to finish it.

Could have been better. It doesn't really look that much like a vector. More like you used posterize and put a few filters on. I've been away from gfx for a while and I'm about to make a return, I'm currently work on a vector that I started earlier today. I mostly do vectoring and trying to improve.

 

Yeah it does. Google search 'Vector Tutorial' There is a few good ones.

 

I'm not saying its not a vector, I'm saying that the quality is poor. It could have had more detail and been more clear.

 

Yes, I do know that the quality is poor, vectoring is not my style, but I was asked to do so on planet renders.

 

I don't think this is a vector. I think it is the "cutout" filter in photoshop.

I think it look's great!, just a question... Is that person Billie Joe Armstrong from Greenday? Because it really look's like him.

 

Well it would be a shame if it was just the cutout filter... If not then some suggestions would be to darken the hand a little, especially around the thumb on the right hand so it shows better.
