You should try to google Photoshop tutorials or MS paint tutorials... that's a start.

Also you should try experimenting with different text as that is like the basic text you can use.

Usually I try and give advice on how to improve the work but this just doesn't work.. Maybe find a better render of Sora too because the clipping around the hair is bad. It's just too intense of a color too, no depth either... it's what I call a "still pic", there's no flow or direction.. just looks like a render on top of a pattern.

For a signature I'd suggest using 100x400 for your dimensions, it looks best I think.

 

There isn't any action in the signature, no way to emphasize what the render/stock image is doing. It's hard to make a signature with a still picture, like Nefarious said, so you should try to find a better image.

I don't get the lava-ish BG, nor do I understand why you used so many filters.
I think you should read some tuts, sometimes it is better to do that than jus mess around. Get some experience, then mess around.

 

Hmmm, You should use lens flare as a light source. This is a nice try but you should read a couple of tutorials to get a better view of how a sig is suppose to work.
