New logo, what do u think?

So i just created a new logo and i was wandering what people thought of it? i will probably use it for a custom name if i donate enough.



As you can see i'm using it as my sig until i find something else to put in there. >_<

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

 

It has a nice sharpness and gradient but I really don't like the font.

 

It's got a nice metallic look

 

I would remove the emboss you have on it. Or at least turn the whiteness level wayyyy down.

It appears that your logotype has a light source coming down from the top at 90 degrees. Make sure that you don't drop a light behind the text as you have, but rather drop a shadow. You could create a light source behind the text if you wanted to as you have here, but on the flat background that is the internet, rather than glass, your light source should be much softer than this.

 

Am i only the only one that thinks the "p" looks like an "L"?

 

It does look a bit like an 'L'.

I like it overall, although change the outer glow to a drop shadow like Vision Ex mentioned.

It's too dark on a darker color background. I would either lighten it up a bit or use mainly on lighter backgrounds.

 

Love this logo, except, like said before, it looks more like "SLOR" rather than Spor. XD
