[First GFX] Help with a few things. [First GFX]

[Glyder]

Hey, I am Glyder, and I have just recently gotten Photoshop CS3, Torrent
But I am new to this, and well, want to make me a new avitar, using the Orb, from Influenza..

But I cannot find the Circle Marquee Tool, and I also don't know how to add text.

Can someone help me out, I used search, but was unsuccessful...
