Very good but it looks a bit unsymmetrical by the pikachu

 

I'm actually reaaaaaaaaaaallly lovin' the color. Very nice job with the depth & emphasizing on the focal. 9/10 Would bang

 

I don't like the colors. There are hints of red, there are golds, and then there are greens. Those colors really don't go together. In my opinion the color scheme would be much stronger if you took the pale greens you have and turned them into a warmer tone. I would also shift the focal about 25 - 40 pixels to the right to be near a rule of thirds line. Next is huge. You have built a strong foreground but neglected the background and depth. Add some depth items in some of the negative space. I would also tone down the bubble stock, it kind of overpowers the focal.

 

Emp is a pro cnc'r , all i need to add is that i love the atmosphere and that i don't think the colors are that bad at all really. Great job.

and ty I didnt even notice the greens I made this last night when I was pretty tired but I might go back and work on it some. And the reason the focal is their instead of the rule of thirds was because ts started out a drawng but I messed after like 25 minutes of working on it and that's where I kinda had to put the focal it was more just messing around till I liked the turnout.

And do you mean by adding background to the depth like blured splatter and c4d? or something like that?

Take your bubble stock, shrink it about 60%, then gaussian (SP?) blur it at about 1.3 and erase the nasty looking parts. It will help the depth. Also you'll probably need to take down the opacity on it. Make sure it is BEHIND all of your other elements.
