Is it advisable to use Full Void? Cause i have Full Void atm. & i might be doing fight caves soon.

Not really, you'll most likely run out of super restores since your prayer bonus is really low, that's all depending on what other gear you're using though.

 

What other gear do you suggest?

 

If you take like 24 super rests, you can do it with pray +3 easily, even glory provides that

 

guthix cloak, unholy book, god stole, then you'd do fine.

 

No accumulator?

 

You can wear accumulator if you want. You'd still be around ~+15 prayer bonus
