What should i do? a scammer wont stop hacking my account off me

plz help i dont know wat to do.

I recently tryed to swap my main for another account, when i did this the guy bought a new account and traded me that account instead of the one he originaly told me he was going to give me, after that he took 4 hours to finaly give me the details to the account (username and pass) and in that time he deleted the recovs on my account and sed he would give me them wen the new ones set, i told him it takes 15 days to set so he gave it to me.

The next day i try to log onto the account and he has hacked it back off me.
I talk to him about it and he tells me that the account i gave him has been locked and balmed me for it being locked even tho i never did anything to it.
and tryed to explain that it was because he was fooling around with the recovs and changeing the pas to much and jagex probs thought he was trying to steal it because of all the activity in the accounts details being changed.
I got the account unlocked for it and told him the new pass and he loggs off ebuddy.
so i got it locked again, he starts complaining to me about it and i told him that i am not gonna get it unlocked coz he will try to hack it off me and scam me again. And now im to scared to unlock it in fear of loosing my account, what should i do to stop him from stealing my account again??? plz help im not just talking bout a little noob account im talking bout an account with 99 range 94 mage 90 attk and 97 str plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and btw i already reported the scammer on sythe and he was banned.

It was an account swap, and i cant get my account back, its locked and he keeps trying to hack it off me wen i unlock it, so i cant do anything with it.
He also hacked that account he gave me back

 

I suggest you just wait, eventually he will get bored and stop trying to hack it back.

If not, sometimes their are problems in life which you just have to face.

 

I suggest directly confronting him, if at all possible. Tell him you will report him to the authorities, or something along those lines. If that doesn't work, I think it would be best to wait it out.
