I could pay 18 USD but I was wondering why you did not just put it on your Paypal?

 

If you put it on your own Paypal, you get the full $25...

Can't add to my paypal, I have an Australian PP even though I live in America. I wanted to avoid the limits.

 

If you can register your name/address on the card online;
1.Make a new canadian paypal with fake info.
2.Register the exact same fake info on the card.
3.Add the card to the new paypal.
4.Send the balance minus some fees (it'll probably come out to about 23$ you'll be able to send) to your main paypal.
