Need an Account built from Scratch!!

Hey whats up, I need an account built from SCRATCH. Thats right complete scratch. I need someone preferably with 200+ post count, and some vouches. What I need is an account trained from all 1, YES all 1
To 70attack, 35 strenth, 70 defence. Thats it I'm not going to need any other stats trained up besides those three.

I have a name I would like to you train up. The account has NO RECOVS. What is important about the account that has no recovs is, you Can change the password and I wont know it. So you can throw your items on there and dont have to worry

- Must not set own recovs (will not pay if you do)
- I do not go 50/50 on this so do not ask
- I pay when the job is done, the whole job not half the job but whole job
- I will not supply anything to train this account, its all you thats why your setting your own password etc. . . (not recovs)
- Once I see your serious about training the account and got some stats up a good portion, I will make a member

I have about 15m I can spend, I dont really plan on spending the full 15m unless you can get this done in a 2 weeks. Other then that I pay 10m. If your figuring prices all your really spending on the account is Food. so figure 3k lobbies tops thats 750k, the armour, scimmies dont count because you will take them off and sell them once done
