Bought a nice enfield for a steal of a deal at $200 . Got it home and was confused, it was marked "US Property" I did a little bit of research and found out I got lucky and found a rare unmolested AMERICAN made lee enfield! Worth about $759 in this shape but I expect it to bring $600 without much effort.

Also a blast to shoot.

BUMP Pending trade for my henry lever action and a brick of ammo for SKS and 400 rds of 7.62x39.

 

Got the SKS snd 400+- rounds in trade. Stock was covered in camo tape for years, in process of stripping it off and milling out some relief for extended magazines.

Heres as she sat when I got her. Will go to gun show tomorrow ans hopefully find an aftermarket extended mag or two.

Im not really sure how to adjust size of pics. They upload off puush big or small at random from phone it seems. Got a Llama .45 1911 in a trade but dont like it . Ive only got $250ish in it so I figure ill sell or trade it. Any experience with them? Seems to jam a bit. 2-3 times in 100 rds.

I have no experience with a Llama 1911, never actually even shot one. Its a 1911 so its a single stack, kinda hard to believe its a magazine problem.
Have you tried narrowing it down to a specific magazine? Also, what kind of jam are you getting? If its stove piping it could be as simple as a weak extractor spring?

Damn thats a lot of shotguns haha!! One of the small shops by me has a side by side external hammer, double trigger shotgun...
I believe its a Winchester. Ive been eyeballin' it for a while. I'm gonna pull the trigger soon and buy it before someone else does...pun totally intended.

 

Thats exactly what it is, the extractor spring has issues. I polished the feed ramp and actual extractor for some relief but it still may need replacment. Like I said its only a hiccup or two per box so its not a HUGE deal. Either way its on the block. For what I have in it I stand to make an easy 150-200 usd. My friends dad has gone crazy over that enfield Ive got. Hes offering a single stack PAP AK (low cap mags only -_-) or he said MAYBE his taurus .357 2" and mossberg 500 with both the factory hunting dress as well as a pistol grip stock set and 18.5 barrel.

Im by far more of a rifle and pistol guy but have started to come around to skeet. I know someone who is serious about skeet would probably snicker at this but skeet is much easier with my new mossberg as opposed to my old H&R (thing was a damned brick) due to weight I guess. Makes all those featherweight O/U' make way more sense now. What all have you got? My buddies got a sweet stoeger o/u i have been trying to get off of him.

About half if not more of my guns appreciate with value daily and are treated as such. Also you cant customize and fine tune some beat up range pice of shit rental, also if god forbid you DO ever NEED a gun the one you use at the range is of absolutely no fucking use.

Primarily sport, I do take the long guns hog hunting occasionally. Hogs are a real issue here, lots of property damage. Its gotten to a point where people will PAY YOU for every hog killed on their property. Pretty good deal alll around as I usually donate the meat to a church or homeless shelter and get a nice tax return! And most importantly the animal is not wasted. I am not a "trophy" hunter by any means and do not slay indiscriminately.

I also try and go dove hunting yearly.

 

I have a 22 LR Ruger Pistol, just incase anyone breaks in i can bounce them off the walls.

I once had a BB gun. It was pretty fun but parents confiscated it when I shot a squirrel. This was about 13 years ago, was still fun though

The EXACT same thing happened to me except I got it back in a week.

Im not too big on hunting outside from dove and hogs occasionally. Even rarer deer.

I primarily hunt hogs since I can hunt them year round, they are dangerous, fuck shit up, taste good, and I can donate the huge amount of excess meat to food banks for a tax write off lol. Hog hunting on the ground with them is fucking scary. They kill more people yearly than sharks and bears combined according to TLC. I believe it, thats why I bought thay .357. When hoghunting its a good idea to have a sidearm.
